Poor sick Luen pooped out this chapter for me this weekend, so here it is! Anddd that’s the end of my stockpile haha. This chapter is pretty funny in my opinion, despite the borderline (?) dubcon/noncon in the last chapter. I think you guys will like it!

It is past 5am and I finally finished TLing this for you guys oh my god. So tireddd hngg. Please forgive any weird mistakes….Also, loads of thanks to the three Anonymouses, insertnamehere, and Lorettelala for buying me coffees!!! /o/ I swear they’re the only thing that kept me going thru midterm hell….

By the way, wanted to introduce and reintroduce some people! First off, say hi to Rei from Mirrored Translations! You probably know them as KagamiTL? Yup, they’re the editor for Villain Astray! I’ve introduced him before, but thought I’ll give a shout-out again.

Next, please welcome Puppet who is my new Proofreader and Quality Checker! They will be responsible for both Villain Astray and for Heaven Official’s Blessing (which, for those who don’t know about it, it’s my other BL project! Please go check it out!).

I’ve gotten one more addition, but I’ll introduce them when I post the next chapter of the project they’re responsible for!

Wanted to do a quick update ORZ since I thought you might have been wondering where those weekly releases are. Well, unfortunately, chapter releases will be funky for the next week or so, I’m smack in midterm season and I’ve got two consecutive midterms for calculus and chemistry early next week. Just finished one midterm actually, man, I shouldn’t have crammed for it…. <–says that while cramming for her chemistry quiz at 2AM. Hahaha…….unsurprisingly, I’ve been living off of coffee and tea lately…….

Here are the progress updates:

Promotion Princess: chapter is translated, just, my TLC poor Luen is sick. Send Luen good brain waves so my TLC god will get better!

Heaven Official’s Blessing: a few sentences in I’m sorry.

Villain Astray: Few chunks in, probably done 1/4 or something.

Midnight Cinderella: A few chunks in as well.

Yup. I should be back by the end of next week (if I don’t start procrastinating and decide to run away from work to translate a bit instead of studying) …

Sorry for the wait guys! /o/ I know I just took a break because I got sick but well. School. Thanks for being patient!

Nothing much seems to happen in this chapter plot-wise, but I rather like it since we got a sneak peek to the events that happened in the time-skip. I wonder how long ago that event was? Hmm…a bit disappointed we didn’t see anything from XZY’s POV for it though……what do you guys think?

Hello my lovely readers. After getting enough water and sunlight, your cactus Sak finally feels as if she isn’t dying……..coughs. I’m still wavering between a normal temperature and a low fever one, I still have the sniffles and a sore throat/cough, but I no longer feel as if I got ran over by a truck! Which in my books mean I feel okay enough to translate for you guys, haha.

But whaaa, we finally got to the first time-skip! Many of you have been trying to guess how old they’ll be, and a few of you actually got it lol. This novel is truly quite slow-paced……but with the first time-skip, I feel like we somewhat made it over the prologue arc, haha. I’ve been so sick lately I didn’t even have enough energy to post this even though it was translated and TLC’d+edited already. Urgh.

What happened was I was starting to feel better, and then I forced myself to go to my lectures and my three hour lab, and then I had a relapse. Ha ha. Long story short, I’m still really sick. Will see if I have any strength to TL for those other projects asap! Thanks for all the well wishes and all, guys!

Also, wow! I didn’t know there were so many of you reading Promotion Princess? Really came as a surprise considering the feedback and comments I get for this project is a lot less compared to my other projects. That being said, I’m reaching the end of my chapter stock (next time’s will be the last), so I’ll appreciate it if more people comment or say hi! I know now that there are a lot of silent readers, but if I’m spending the same amount of time to translate and my other projects get more attention, I might focus more time on those other projects, not to mention Luen also spends time to help me perfect these chapters too.

This week’s release might be late again ORZ very sorry guys. I woke up this morning at 2AM with a high fever and even now I’m stuck with a migraine and a fever ahhh. I don’t know what happened for me to suddenly get sick like this??? Been sleeping/eating fine too….
