      I don’t think he would have enough time to avoid or block it, since the snake already shot forward by the time Xie Lian noticed it. Because no matter how fast San Lang is, Xie Lian needed to finish screaming the warning before San Lang can give any kind of reaction. (I’d like to think Xie Lian’s immortal speed is faster than the speed of voice hahah /imsosorry 😂)
      And they were originally heading there anyway, weren’t they?
